We are committed to evaluating our programs and processes to minimize unconscious bias, expand our diversified recruiting efforts, and provide education and programming for our employees.

Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are groups of employees who come together at Wolf based on shared characteristics, life experiences, or interest around particular activities. ERGs provide employees with valuable leadership and networking opportunities. They create opportunities for us all to build more understanding in how to be an ally and have been a contributing factor toward our ability to build a more inclusive work environment.

Women of Wolf (WoW)

Mission: To create a community where women (regardless of level or location) can support one another, network, and grow personally and professionally

Cultures of Wolf

Mission: To provide an open forum for all cultural groups and backgrounds to share our experiences and support one another in professional development

LGBTQ+ Alliance

Mission: To create and sustain an environment to empower employees to welcome LGBTQIA+ employees and support career progression, promote professional growth and networking, and provide education and raise awareness of differences and areas of discrimination

Neurodiverse Collaborative

Mission: To raise awareness through education of neurodiversity and to create a community where neurodiverse individuals and allies (regardless of level or location) can explore ways to utilize unique strengths, encourage different ways of thinking, and support one another personally and professionally.

Wolf for Veterans

Mission: To create a community where all employees (regardless of level or location) can connect on providing support to military veterans, service members, and their families.
