Jordan A. Darby

Biography

Jordan is a Manager in Wolf’s Assurance group, where he’s responsible for coordinating and supervising external audit services. He has five years of experience providing services to publicly traded and privately held entities across the technology, clean energy, life sciences, investment management, and manufacturing industries.

Jordan also has notable experience guiding clients through complex debt and equity transactions, as well as other complex accounting issues. His areas of expertise include share-based compensation, lease accounting, revenue recognition, and emerging climate-related regulations.

Jordan lives in North Carolina with his wife and two dogs. When he is not at work, he enjoys surfing, softball, and spending time with his family.
