Agility.

Where Stability Meets Change.

Annual Report Fiscal Year 2022

Forging Our Path.

2022 was a banner year for Wolf & Company, P.C. – we’re proud of the ways our organization has grown and adapted to meet new standards, challenges, and client needs. This year alone, we launched several new service offerings including DenSecure™–our advanced team of cyber experts, and Outsourced Accounting Solutions–back-office finance and accounting advisory expertise for companies of all sizes. Developing dynamic new services while breaking into emerging industries like cannabis & cleantech proves that Wolf is agile and able to spot and fulfill the burgeoning needs of our client base.

We continue to grow as a firm, seeing an exciting 91 new hires and 16 interns this year while also seeing our national strategy blossom across 48 of the United States. We continue to exhibit a strong industry presence, showcasing our 110+ years of experience and our cutting-edge thought leadership at events across the country.

This is also a year of transition for leadership. As Mark O’Connell looks forward to retirement, the firm has selected Jerry Gagne as the next Chief Executive Officer of Wolf. Jerry’s financial & technical expertise, leadership skills, and innovative mindset help us continue our mission of providing stability & confidence with our clients, people, and the communities we serve.

Our annual report highlights yesterday, today, and what lies ahead. Our flexibility, stability, and commitment to change allow us to break the mold of a traditional accounting firm while continuing to hold onto to our 110+ year values.

It was a challenging year in many respects, from the economy to the effects of the great resignation, but at Wolf as usual our people rose to the occasion. Our people provided unparalleled guidance to our clients and our leadership worked hard to address the concerns of our people. Together Wolf turned a challenging year into a success.
