Our Commitment

Giving back is at the heart of all we do. The world has changed since our beginning in 1911, and we’ve been there every step of the way to support and enrich our people, causes, communities, and environment. From hands-on volunteering to charitable donations, we’re proud to make a positive impact where it’s needed most.

Community Outreach

Our community stretches beyond our office locations. Wolf provides essential services to the causes our employees and clients care deeply about, wherever they are located.

We provide our employees with time annually to use for community outreach. Here are just a few of the ways Wolf impacts our communities:

• Constructing and repairing essential buildings at an orphanage in Haiti
• Cleaning, painting, and landscaping for non-profits
• Clearing trails, organizing supplies, and providing maintenance support at campsites
• Support of local school districts through clean up efforts and school supply donation drives
• Donating bone marrow for transplant patients
• Participating in 5K charity races
• Preparing meals and shopping for clothing for homeless shelters
• Sorting and packing donations for food pantries
• Visiting patients and volunteering at local hospitals

Environmental Sustainability Efforts

Wolf is committed to a cleaner, more sustainable workplace. To that end, we’ve implemented battery recycling programs, transitioned to a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certified headquarters, and maintained a distributed workforce. Additionally, Wolf’s has a team dedicated to helping clients address environmental sustainability issues as part of our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) services, including a Climate-Risk Vulnerability Assessment and carbon accounting.

Philanthropy Committee

Wolf’s employee-led Philanthropy Committee organizes volunteer activities on behalf of the firm and hosts various fundraising events throughout the year to support the Wolf & Company Charitable Foundation. Its mission is to create firm-wide awareness of needs within our community footprint and increase employee involvement within the organizations that serve those needs.

Wolf & Company Charitable Foundation

Our foundation funds a wide variety of impactful events and organizations. Funds are used to recognize milestone years of service with a donation to the employee’s charity of choice. Employees are encouraged to request funds for their non-profits from the foundation. These requests can be a match for a personal contribution, support a cause an employee is actively involved with or fundraising for, in memoriam, related to a client cause, and much more.
