Gini F. Rubega

Biography

Gini is a Principal in Wolf’s Assurance Group where she provides experienced financial statement assurance and advisory services to business owners, executives, and boards of directors for both private and publicly traded entities. Gini actively participates in the leadership and growth of the firm’s Asset Management niche. She works closely with and provides audit services to asset managers and the funds they manage, including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and fund of funds.

Gini is also active in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail niche, working closely with middle-market, privately owned and publicly traded entities. She provides audit services, technical support and guidance on debt restructuring, business combinations, buy and sell-side due diligence, and internal control best practices.
